Job Summary:

The Vice President of Sales-SaaS will primarily be expected to grow SaaS New Logo Sales Revenue throughout the country. This role will support the Chief Revenue Officer in the planning, development, and implementation of appropriate sales initiatives to discover, advance and close SaaS (epiAnlayst & epiEncounter) revenue opportunities.

  • SaaS Revenue owner responsible for achieving annual revenue goal

  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, solution design, and contracting, to implementation.

  • Prospect and successfully acquire SaaS New Logo Business.

  • Foster relationships with senior executives to discuss strategic and operational challenges and present the best overall solutions to potential customers.

  • Establish a strategy for gaining and maintaining access to Senior Health Plan Executives.

  • Provide insights to future solution initiatives and new product development from customer interaction.

  • Responsible for ensuring Sales Quotas are met. This role will work directly with payer prospects and executive client stakeholders, to grow and adapt to discovered Prospect solutions.

  • Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data.

  • May be assigned other duties.

  • Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead a Business Development and Sales team(s) by defining strategy for the US market.

  • Align effort and strategy to the sales goals to accelerate growth and track metrics.

  • Develop a strategy to target accounts, add value by leading in the following areas: on Sales calls, providing strategic advice to team members, proactive mindset to win new business and/or accounts through networking as well.

  • A data driven approach with the ability to report on metrics and success across team members.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience 15+ years in Healthcare Services (preference for Medicare Risk Advantage experience) with previous experience in selling complex Healthcare Solutions.

  • Prospecting - Demonstrated skill and will with a commitment to consistent prospecting efforts.

  • Business Acumen – The ability to combine experience, knowledge, perspective, and awareness to make sound business decisions. It's the practice of good judgment and the capacity to consider a holistic, long-term view of organizational needs.

  • Intellectual Curiosity – A deep hunger to learn and grow and a willingness to experience in order to learn.

  • Project Management Skills – Working in a collaborative environment using your marketing knowledge and technical aptitude to achieve optimal results.

  • Meeting Preparation – Design and execute high-impact visual presentations for internal and external clients.

  • Revenue Focused – Ability to maintain a rich and diversified pipeline and establish daily targets.

  • Ability to develop relationships of trust both internally and externally through effective communication

  • Ability to subscribe to the following department standards of urgency, transparency, accountability and honesty.

  • An innate attention to detail, the ability to understand causes instead of just the effects.

  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree preferred.

Salary Range (or rate):

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.
